Investment Property Screening

Investing
Ready to invest? Connect Property Management offers a variety of investment opportunities for you to explore.
Partner Level
You secure the financing, and Connect Property Management provides landlord services. We split the costs, and both parties share the cash flow and property equity equally. The property will be jointly owned.
Alternatively, you can contribute cash instead of financing to become a partner-level investor. We share all costs, assets, and equity equally, with joint ownership of the property.
Investor Level
Connect Property Management secures the financing, we split all costs, and you receive an equal share of the cash flow, though you won’t own any equity. This allows you to access cash flow payouts based on your contribution percentage of the total upfront investment costs.
Fix & Flips or Rentals
Choose from two investment scenarios:
- Fix & Flips: This option requires more upfront cash but offers faster, larger payouts after completing the project.
- Long-Term Rentals: This option avoids significant remodeling costs, offering steady payments over time. You’ll receive more money over the life of the investment through regular, smaller payouts.
